I'd previously posted about the iVIS laser, which is available in Norway and more recently, Canada. Here's a link to the iVIS web site: iVIS Technologies. If you click on "Surgeons" and then "Scientific Publications," there's a list of articles about the iVIS laser. It seems promising. I'm going to try to find out more.
