I've spent considerable time scouring google for information on corneal scar treatments, and Dr. Gulani's name comes up a lot. I get the impression that he's pioneering a whole new approach to treating corneal scars.

Here is a list of his publications as of 2009, many of which address the treatment of corneal scars.

I also found this article extremely encouraging. It really seems like groundbreaking corneal scar treatments are on the horizon. In fact, it sounds like Dr. Gulani is doing absolutely amazing things already.
